  Nah the GB would suggest making their eyes look less slanted so they don't appear to be squinting after all a clean christian brothers and sister never squints when he has the love of jehovah

  Parents with JW Adult Children Shunning Them - How Are You Coping ?

  i do understand your plight - as i have 2 adult jw daughters shunning me aged 21 and almost 20. they married witness boys 2 years ago and it's been 1 year since i've spoke with my younger daughter, 5 months since i went to coffee with my older daughter.

  i call them, but they won't return my calls.

  i tell them i love them, but it's as if i don't exist.

  i have an aunt who is one year younger than me, she's my mom's youngest sister.. we have always been very close and were more like sisters.

  we were both baptised as a jw and were always together.

  around 2002, she became inactive then she got baptised as a mormon in 2004!

  you are 39 and still worried what your mom will say? and you wrote you are no longer a member of the JW's so I think your mom will just have to deal with it, I mean it's not like she can send you to your room for talking to family. Family is Family dispite what the org teaches.

  do they still do this?

  i used to memorize the pattern of true and false answers.. my mother told me that when she was younger the elders used to actually mark your answers

  I also forgot about that last time I went to one I must have been 12, holy shit I remember that stupid thing and that cheap ass paper and people used pencils and would change answers so you get 100%
